There’s something undeniably magical about fall in the Pacific Northwest, and the treeline in Snohomish, Washington, sets the perfect backdrop for capturing that beauty. Every year, I look forward to hosting my Fall Treeline Mini Sessions — a beloved seasonal tradition that brings together golden leaves, crisp air, and the warm connection of families.
This year’s sessions were no exception. The towering trees stood tall and proud, their leaves a patchwork of amber, copper, and gold. Families arrived in cozy autumn palettes, and the laughter of little ones echoed between the trunks. Whether it was a sweet sibling snuggle, a baby’s first fall photo, or a proud parent moment, every image told a story of love, growth, and togetherness.
One of the highlights of this session? The stunning color coordination and genuine smiles from this sweet family (featured above). Their light blue tones popped beautifully against the warm leaf-covered ground, and baby’s dapper bowtie was the cherry on top!
These minis are short but sweet — ideal for updating family photos, capturing seasonal memories, or even getting a head start on holiday cards. The Treeline location provides a private, serene setting that allows families to relax and simply be themselves. And the result? Timeless, joy-filled photos that you’ll treasure for years to come.
