It was a beautiful winter day for Chi and Saurav engagement session. The light was filtered through the trees and everything had so much color. Saurav is so funny and had us laughing for so much of the session.
We chatted about their upcoming wedding in India and the planning of their home reception to share with family and friends when they returned.
Melba and Melissa had the most beautiful church wedding at Wayside United Church of Christ the uniqueness and openness are what made the day so much more special. The ceremony sign said Hope, Love, and Faith which I think in the world we could always use more of. We were so honored, Melba and Melissa choose us as the wedding photographers for their wedding, we had met them a few years before when we photographed Melissa’s cousin’s wedding and Melba and Melissa were both in the wedding party. So we knew we were in for a treat of such a wedding day.

There is so much I can say about Claire and Jeff’s wedding, one thing that sticks out from the moment I meet them both is they are two of the sweetest selfless people we have ever meet. Claire had so many little touches that made their day memorable not only for them but also for all of their guests. They had scavenger hunts and games, drinks and a dance party that never stopped.
Claire was a bride you couldn’t stop smiling around she was always smiles and making sure that everyone was having fun that you never wanted the day to end. Jeff was the perfect complement everything was an adventure and I caught him so many times watching as Claire mingled and danced smiling and laughing into the late evening.
“You don’t marry one person; you marry three: the person you think they are, the person they are, and the person they are going to become as a result of being married to you.” Richard Needham
We’re all a little weird. And life is a little weird. And when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall into mutually satisfying weirdness – and call it love – true love.
This is a wedding near and dear to my heart. A little over a month after Marla and Scotts 38th Wedding Anniversary with the help of friends and family and a lot of amazing donations from vendors these two love birds shared their story and love with a beautiful renewal. Marriage is not always easy but every great adventure is always a bit of a ruff climb.
Marla and Scott have a touching story that was so beautiful to be able to be apart of, Scott has been fighting several forms of cancer, recently cancer has moved into his brain and Scott has developed some memory issues. This story started while watching an episode of This is Us. Where there was a proposal in the story and Scott had a memory that he never truly proposed to Marla and wanted to do it right in his words.
So fast forward to today with the help of a wonderful friend Nicole who started putting up feelers to help these two renew their forever romance and renew the vows and even add to them.
Through church and friends, they were offered a beautiful backyard of a couple that attends their church. When Nicole reached out to me on Facebook there was still a few things they were in need of, with he amazing donation and loans from Pollen In love (Flowers) Mic Owner of Hidden Meadows (Chairs) and Tia from Winsome Hill Bed & Breakfast (Linens)
With everything in place Marla and Scott were the guests of honor to share a day that was not about everything going on in their lives no sickness, just the love they share for each and a day to celebrate it with family and close friends.
I enjoy all the weddings I photograph. But sometimes there are couples like Paige and Will. They are two of the happiest and sweetest people I have ever spent the day with. Photographing their wedding day was just a joy. Here are some photos of their beautiful day.
We started the journey with Geethu and Kiran the night before their wedding with a cocktail party at one of their dear friends for a pre-party that I may mention went well into the early morning. The next morning we started with some traditions and some priming for a amazing day of family and friends and saying I do with a rooftop Hindu fusion ceremony. The day was filled with choreographd couple dances and outfit changes and the glow of the great wheel silhouette in the night sky as a memory of a great day where Geeki's got married.
The Classy pinch of D&D was carefully sprinkled throughout Ashley and Dan’s Winter solstice wedding at Stimson-Green Mansion in the heart of Seattle. The bride and groom Proclmed their vows in pure dungeon master fashion with the tale of a quest for a ring where a dragon was fought for the honor of the joyful wed of two braze souls.
