Newborn baby girl Elliana posed in a soft cream wrap with a white bow during her Downtown Everett studio newborn session.

There is something so timeless about a simple newborn session filled with soft textures, delicate details, and meaningful family keepsakes. Baby Elliana’s newborn session in my Downtown Everett studio was exactly that — sweet, classic, and full of love.

From the moment Elliana arrived, she was calm and curious, giving us the sweetest little expressions throughout her session. Her family wanted a clean and timeless look for their portraits, so we focused on soft neutral tones, cozy wraps, and simple setups that kept all the attention on their beautiful baby girl.

One of the most special touches from the session was the handmade blanket created by Elliana’s great-grandma. Family heirlooms always make newborn sessions extra meaningful, and this blanket added such a heartfelt connection between generations. These are the little details that make photographs even more treasured over time.

To add a soft, natural touch, we incorporated delicate wildflowers into a few of the setups. The tiny floral details paired perfectly with the classic styling and gave the session a gentle, organic feel while still keeping everything elegant and timeless.

Elliana looked absolutely beautiful in every setup, especially wrapped up in soft, creamy textures that highlighted her tiny features and bright eyes. Watching parents see their baby so peacefully posed and perfectly cozy is always one of my favorite parts of photographing newborns.

Newborn sessions in my Everett studio are designed to be relaxed and stress-free for families, allowing parents to simply enjoy these fleeting first days while I take care of all the little details. Babies grow and change so quickly, and it is always such an honor to preserve these moments for families to look back on for years to come.

Welcome to the world, sweet Elliana. You are already so deeply loved.
