As the golden afternoon light filtered through the trees, we met on the lush riverside path near the Sammamish River. The Skattum family—elegant, joyful, and deeply connected—brought a calming presence to the park’s vibrant backdrop. Dressed in soft, classic tones, they looked perfectly at ease amidst the greenery.
Their 6-month-old son was the undeniable star of the show. With his expressive eyes, gentle smiles, and a wardrobe that matched the timeless feel of the day, he soaked up every bit of attention (and gave some adorable, camera-worthy stares). At this age, every photo captures a milestone—propped-up sitting, curious hand grasps, and wide-eyed wonder.
